Carpenter Wanted!

We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter for an immediate start with ongoing work based in Para Hills West.

About the role:
You’ll play an integral part in day-to-day operations — planning, organising, and delivering quality carpentry work while leading by example and supporting your team.

Key responsibilities:Plan daily tasks and delegate work effectively

• Monitor production schedules and targets
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimise waste
• Complete builds and installations to specification and on time
• Read and interpret plans, carry out measurements and calculations
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained
• Support and mentor team members, including apprentices
• Actively participate in business improvement initiatives

What you’ll need:

• Carpentry Trade Qualification or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• White Card (Construction Card)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

• Working at Heights or EWP ticket
• First Aid Certificate
